I usually start by reviewing the repuation log. Any repeat offenders are taken into consideration. But mostly it's just by my general observations. Anyone who consistently does not add anything meaningful to the discussions are subject to getting the boot.

I think a good idea would be to have survival style Warpath. Every week or month or whatever the site members get to vote one member off the island. The ban, while of course subject to mod overrule, would be permanent. This would whip a lot of people into shape around here.

This past summer we actually joked about cutting Warpath members each time players were cut during traning camp

Mark me down as officially supporting this idea. Hell I'll even champion it. Part of me loves all this because it is a sight to be seen and read that is rare but the other parts just want the like 50 decent posters to form an alliance and boot everyone else out until July. I'm so cliqueish.
