I still think Kobe hit Ginobili on purpose, but maybe he felt it was justified...
This is from an espn.com article about Amare Stoudemire's big game last night. He said:
Stoudemire's eventful evening included a technical foul after a collision with Manu Ginobili with 9:07 remaining. Ginobili drove toward the basket, leaped to shoot and caught Stoudemire in the groin with a knee as Stoudemire delivered a hand to the Spurs guard's face.

"I think they're on purpose," Stoudemire said of Ginobili's leading knees. "He's a flopper and likes to cause contact."

Said Ginobili, "I think I was in motion before he came. I had of course no intention of hurting anybody."
So maybe Ginobili was doing this crap to Kobe and that's why he swung his arm like he did.

Whether it was intentional or even worthy of a suspension, it's good to see the league staying tough on their preseason promises to stop the fighting that the Pistons, Pacers, Knicks and Heat have been going wild with over the past few years, regardless of the player's name or value to the league.

No star treatment for Kobe. :)

Hey, he did elbow Mike Miller in the throat last year, so his record is not exactly clean before this incident.

after last night, ginobilli is starting to look like he might be alittle dirty. hell, if you didn't see it, he basically kicked amare stoutmire in the balls for trying to block his shot
