Re: Commanders 2023 Off-Season Thread
As a Howellite, fixing the OL is absolutely priority No. 1. I have zero faith in Rivera to actually do it right. But we need to add at least 4 new OL thru FA and the draft.
And I'm pleading for a tackle to be drafted within the 1st 2 rounds.
I like O'Cyrus Torrence. Id trade back in the first and snatch him up. Dude is a beast. Add a pick and get one of the best, maybe the best G in the draft. |
Re: Commanders 2023 Off-Season Thread
I don't know. Curl isn't ST, and our DL is probably making our secondary look better than it is. He's good, but break the bank good?

Re: Commanders 2023 Off-Season Thread
We can cross TB 12 off the list of possibilities. Thank God he retired. One more year would have actually started to tarnish things.

I won't believe it until week 1 goes off and he's not in there. I detect some Favre vibes with this. |

Re: Commanders 2023 Off-Season Thread
We need a backup, and love him but it shouldn't be TH. I say get a capable FA vet in there to push SH. Maybe even Garropolo, though I bet we're low on his list. Probably more likely someone like Brissett, and that would be OK. draft a guy in the 3rd or later one we have 2 or 3 good CB/OL/LB picks. If they don't rebuild the OL through FA and the draft, there will be no point going are a top vet QB anyway, would be a waste of money.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Lynn then joined the Jacksonville Jaguars as the running backs coach (2003–2004). He left Jacksonville after being switched to special teams coach following a coaching staff shakeup by head coach Jack Del Rio in 2005.[3] On September 16, 2016, Lynn was promoted to assistant head coach and offensive coordinator of the Bills when Greg Roman was fired.[8][9] When asked what he wants his offensive identity to be, Lynn responded, "I want to play smart, physical football. I want to be explosive down the field... We're going to play a little bit faster and see if we can put a little pressure on the defense. Just execute."[10] Lynn made his debut as offensive coordinator against the Arizona Cardinals, pulling out a 33–18 win.[11] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_Lynn Fits the running first approach |

Re: Commanders 2023 Off-Season Thread
