Re: 2022 off season thread part 1
One thing I would consider since GB is planning on keeping Rodgers. I would inquire about Jordan Love and what would it take to get him. He’s been in the league 3 years, is unproven but would be better than anyone coming out of college.
He had all offseason with the first team reps and he made zero progress. If they sign AR they will move on from Love but I wouldn't expect much from him he has shown no game awareness when he has played. |
Re: 2022 off season thread part 1
I think you're kidding yourself if you don't think Jimmy G would be a big upgrade over TH. I'm not even a big fan of JG, and I think this says more about how mediocre TH is, but JG would definitely make us instantly much more competitive. Would I give up a first rounder for him? Hell no.
Upgrade? Yes. Big upgrade? Idk. Im just saying ill take TH, the cash, and the first over Jimmy and wait one more year to see what is available in the way of quarterbacks if those were my two options,…. |
Re: 2022 off season thread part 1
He's in the tier of Cousins IMO, Give him a good line and Run game and he can win
I think KC is better. Jimmy has a very limited sample size, and it’s nothing special. He is gonna cash out undeservedly and should give half of it to his oline and rb’s back in SF. Lol |

Same, we aren’t saying TH4 isn’t better than Jimmy G, but Jimmy G ain’t worth the pick and cash only to maybe result in one or at most probably two more wins than TH4 and either a rookie gamble this year or holding off for next year. But that doesn’t compare to the ridiculousness of the Chase Young to Detroit for Goff rumor. That’s hands down one of the dumbest trade rumors I’ve ever heard of before lol. |

Commanders' Ron Rivera has 'tremendous interest' in keeping Terry McLaurin, Daron Payne in D.C. I think extending both these guys is the right move |

If I were McLaurin (and McKissic), I would wait until I see what the plan is at QB before I sign any offer. |

It’s shocking how few first and second round picks were signed to a second contract. They don’t retain talent. |

I think extending both these guys is the right move
Yeah I think locking em up this year is important. Otherwise you take the risk, if next year isn't successful, of them desperately wanting out, having no shot at resigning them, and once this roster starts losing guys like McLaurin we are back to below square zero... This is not only about potentially saving a bit of cap space by signing them a year early, it's about not letting your roster dismantle... Envoyé de mon SHV48 en utilisant Tapatalk |
