EB doesn't bother me too much when looking at all the games, overall, the offense is probably over performing given how horrendous the OL is (complete lack of talent there which I primarily blame Ron for). Additionally, it is refreshing to see in game adjustments again after so many years.
Agreed, EB would be able to run a full offense with Brissett at QB. Instead we have to do high school plays for Howell. The bears had 3 dbs out and the worst secondary in the nfl. SomeHowell we couldnt complete shit downfield. |

Re: The Sam Howell Thread
you cant run the ball 6 times and be successful in this league. playing from behind or not. I bet the KC didnt have numbers that low and no, they werent always blowing teams out milking the clock.
between pacheo & mckinnon alone, avg was 15 attempts per game. No including C.E.H. and designed mahomes or reverses etc. 6 is in-excusbale and an ugly trend for EB So is lining up in the same formation every play. I dgaf where the WR's line up smh.... its a joke, then he puts terry into a split back with his hand in the dirt on 3rd and short - LMFAO. he needs to get it together and fast or he'll be looking for a new job end of year EB offensive philosophy has fallen out a favor with me HARD. run the fuckin ball. |

Yeah, they were in a hole because the offense managed 3 goddamn points in the first half against a terrible defense. Punt, punt, field goal, interception, end of the half. |

Can’t blame it solely on Howell, team lack of effort |

Who blamed it solely on Howell? |
Re: The Sam Howell Thread
I wouldn't blame any of it on Howell. He didn't miss gap assignments, miss tackles or blow coverages.

Re: The Sam Howell Thread
He takes some blame. Definitely didn't lead receivers well and held on to the ball too long last night.

Re: The Sam Howell Thread
I think Howell is doing as well as could be expected. It was his 6th game, and he plays for one of the worst teams in the NFL, with one of the worst OL's in the NFL. He has room for improvement, for sure, in-terms of getting rid of the ball and anticipating routes being opened, but I think that's to be expected at this point in his career.

Again where was 17? I’m a huge Terry fan like all of us but if you are THAT DUDE then you make plays. He literally has had one good game out of 5 all season.
He’s a WR2 folks but we don’t want to admit it because he’s so beloved Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Re: The Sam Howell Thread
He can't throw himself the ball. Receivers are open, by NFL standards, and he and others have already proven they don't need to be "open" to make a play.
