Re: Around the NFL: Conference Championships Edition
No doubt. What are the best five run franchises in pro football in your estimation?
Edit: Doesn't have to be in a particular order because who could say, but generally which five are best run today?
Tough to say. Clearly the best organizations are usually the ones that win. Do they win because they're run so well or are they run so well because they win? And I'm talking about organizations that people take pride in working for, not just collecting a paycheck. Also, organizations that treat people in my profession with respect. |

And Ray Lewis is a murderer, or at minimum, an accessory after the fact. Its always bothered me he just moved on from that situation and no one ever brings it up. If the fact that the white suit he was wearing that night went "missing" and could not be provided to authorities doesnt raise your suspsicions, then the fact that the paid settlements to the victim's families should. He was somehow involved in two murders. Why no one seems to care about it is beyond me.
I think people don't care because Ray Lewis comes across as a good guy. If he was a Suh type people would never stop talking about that ish. I feel like people think it's a, "good guy, right place, wrong time", kind of situation. |
Re: Around the NFL: Conference Championships Edition
People need to seperate a players "personal life" from his play on the field.I don't like Ray Lewis for alot of what has already been talked about but his play on the field during his career has been spectacular.
Tom Brady ,maybe he is an ass,I don't know him but their isn't a soul out there that would'nt want to be him Bill Belichick, like him don't like him,is one of the top coachs in NFL history, maybe even the best and has the rings to prove it. |
I wasnt there BHA. I dont know. Could have been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Could have panicked when it went down and dished the suit because it had blood on it because he was trying to defuse the situation? I dont know? I know he waa found to be innocent and ill have to believe it was because someone knew the facts better than me or you or people who are rubbed the wrong way by his sermons or speeches or sack dances.
Some people think Shanny is an arrogant prick too btw. Im nobodys judge or jury and if you win championships you deserve credit. Im not interested on how much fun BB would be to hang out with because i dont even know him. Lol. |

Did someone say a Dallas Cowboy was arrested today for DWI?
Why yes, yes I did. Smooth move, Mr. Ratliff |
Did someone say a Dallas Cowboy was arrested today for DWI?
Why yes, yes I did. Smooth move, Mr. Ratliff
That's really amazing considering he just lost a teammate in an accident barely a month ago. Tragic actually. |
Re: Around the NFL: Conference Championships Edition
He hit an 18 wheeler with his pickup truck. I don't know much more than that, but you don't usually win against an 18 wheeler. That no one got hurt is nothing short of miracle it would seem
Last year it was Brady's wife complaining about a catch, this year its Welker's wife taken a cheap shot. Belicheat not doing interviews. When the Giants won the the first time Belicheat and Brady ran off the field without congratulating the Eli and Coach Coughlin...They get caught cheating, AND lets not down play that fact. It was cheating to the highest degree. They play a finesse style.
Im tired of the Pats and their whole organization and attitude. They act like a bunch of whiny pussies which mirrors their style of play. Say what you want of Ray Ray, he's not a little whiny pussy like the Pats and their players.
I think this about covers it. |

I really don't care much about Ray Lewis or the Ravens, but I think people are being all judgmental not because what Ray did was bad (hence me showing other worst things done by current/former NFL players), but because he is Ray Lewis. |

Re: Around the NFL: Conference Championships Edition
It warms my heart to see such discipline in Dallas. Luckily a lack of discipline has never undone the Cowboys before.
|
Yeah it's always good to see Dallas have problems
