LOL, I use to work for the AB distributer that supplied FED EX , that's a corporate call it's going to cost them big bucks.

I bet they will be back when / if the Commanders start winning games. I can't imagine they will balk at the opportunity to have their logo in a playoff game on national TV.

I wonder if Snyder takes this personally though and just rides with other horses for the remainder of the season at least. Fans probably wont care to not have budlight either.

It would great to see Stone Brewing step in and pick up a sponsorship deal with the team. For once have something good

I don’t think AB is worried about a lack of name recognition. I hope more dominos fall and I hope it hurts the mother fucker where it counts. I don’t go to games anymore and ill sit home and drink whatever i want. Lol.

Guess 980 is done:

This and AB leaving are pretty significant I feel. Will be interesting to see if this starts a domino effect.

Alex Smith absolutely torching the extracurricular activity around the team. Hard to disagree with anything he said.

Ron has his work cut out for him.

I agree there are a lot of distractions here, but how do those translate to Smith not throwing the ball 10 yards downfield??

Also, Alex this was a storied franchise. It's just Jacksonville north now.

Absolutely not! First, Snyder is bound to find the cheapest beer he can regardless of how nasty it might taste. Second, Snyder doesn't deserve to carry any brand above the quality level of Iron City or Natty Bo. Third, why should you and I care? Neither one of us is going to another game to put money in Snyder's pocket.

Congress investigating allegations of financial impropriety by Commanders

https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2022/03/31/washington-football-house-oversight-investigation/

Excerpt:

[I]The congressional committee that has been investigating the NFL’s handling of widespread sexual harassment in the Washington Commanders’ workplace is now also looking into allegations of financial improprieties under Daniel Snyder’s ownership, multiple people familiar with the proceedings said.

The allegations came to light in recent weeks as the House Committee on Oversight and Reform reviewed more than 80,000 pages of documents and interviewed witnesses in its inquiry into the team’s workplace and the NFL’s handling of the matter, those people with knowledge of the matter said, speaking on the condition of anonymity because the proceedings are at a sensitive stage.

I'm pretty sure that's the NFL owners' mantra as well.

I just hope there's something to this, because I'm sure if it becomes an issue of money, the owners will turn against Snyder in a heartbeat.

Could you imagine if the team was skimming the visitors share of gate revenue?

Sadly, I want the team to keep fucking up (not including Rivera/Players). Keep the shit coming until Snyder is finally forced out.

Its up to his neck, just gotta get it up and over his head.
