Maybe that's why they drafted Cousins? JK |

I enjoy watching the Goat make an ass of himself.. I can't ignore the comical view of him getting shit on by realistic fans every day. |
Quick note on Cousins ... What a waste of a 4th round pick.
Just sayin ...
Grossman wins that game in regulation. Beck wins it from the sideline! |
So you're saying I'm off, but you haven't watch the fukcing game? #GTFOH You're the one who's off. I didn't guarantee that RG3 would play 10-15 more years, I merely suggested it. It was a reasonable one at that.offense.
And given the context of the discussion: Playing RGIII in seven days and risk exaggerating a severe injury or resting him for a possible playoff run seems like a reasonable assessment on my part. I'll let you play GM and head coach about what type of quarterback Robert will in 10 years.
Why should Goat watch the game? Facts inconsistent with his opinion are irrelevant. Lecturing people without seeing a play. Words fail me. |
Re: Ravens at Redskins Post Game Thread (RG3 MRI Result-Sprained Knee)
Well then let's get him a better pass coverage OL and more threats at WR.
I think the play calling was great today on O, and some of those ol breakdowns were on the pistol shotgun play action passes. The ravens got great push on our guys all day. They are a solid group of pass rushers.
Hasn't seemed to matter which defensive front we face, they all get through and get to smash RG around. At what point do you start wondering whether this offense/scheme can protect a QB? We've been remarkably healthy along the line this year, healthier than I can remember actually. Why is the pass protection so bad? Are we blaming it on one guy (Polumbus)? |
Re: Ravens at Redskins Post Game Thread (RG3 MRI Result-Sprained Knee)
Speaking of Cousins I thought he did an outstanding job today off the bench. And the draw play on the 2 point conversion was brilliant. Nobody saw that coming.
Good post, I'm already pumped to watch us win but this makes it more interesting.
When I said RG3 running is a main ingredient to the offense I didn't distinguish between pass blocking breakdowns and/or option reads/pistol/etc. The end result is the same...right? I don't care if he's running for his life based on play design or play break down, it's the same risk/results over the long haul.
Again he just has to slide better imo. If he had slid rite he wouldnt have taken the hit. Regardless you can get hit just as hard standing in the pocket. Personally i believe his illusiveness saves him from taking alot of hits. |

Also you gotta believe someone as smart as Robert and a guys as smart as Kyle they will mold this offense. Taking into account that they need to lessen the blows on Robert. You still need to watch it though. It was amazing. Lots of highs and some lows then... Ecstasy! |
Haven't watched the game yet ...
I think everybody should have stopped reading there. I know I did. Goat...it's one thing to see the game and then base your opinion on something and comment, but to try and provide a opinion about a game you didn't even see is retarded. Watch the game like you did last time and then come back in. Thanks in advance. |
Re: Ravens at Redskins Post Game Thread (RG3 MRI Result-Sprained Knee)
On a serious note, the run defense today was bad, Rice and Pierce ran at will. They better fix that against Richardson, the Browns have some nice young players on offense, TE Cameron Jordan, Josh Brown, Greg Little, Mossuqai, Weeden.

No, anyone giving an opinion before they watch the game won't have the fortitude to admit they were wrong after watching it. Bullsh*t. Go away, dude.

That's disappointing to hear, but they are a solid running team. Cam Cameron purposefully limited Rice a lot this season to keep him fresher for the playoff run. Sounds like they depended on it more again today? |

Why are you so worked up after a win? And what am I wrong about again? |
