Rivers just has an ugly-looking motion. That does not mean his mechanics are actually bad. However, throwing wormkillers means something is screwed up with his throwing base.
McNabb has always thrown worm killers. If anyone signs him they should have saw that on film. As a Redskins fan I have saw this many of times while he played for the Eagles over the years. Anyone who signs McNabb not knowing this is either lying or they have not done their homework.

I was not talking about whether or not it is known he throws worm-killers. The matter is why he throws them. This requires examining all elements involved in throwing a football, aka his mechanics.

That is my point, if you know he throws worm killers and you do not want a QB that throws worm killers then do not sign him. Nobody wants to hear coaches whining about stuff like that.

You're assuming that football players are immutable in their physical attributes and thus come package "as-is" right from the get-go.

The whole point of coaching is to teach players techniques and habits that make them play better. No QB is unable to make slight tweaks to how he throws the football. It is only a matter of willingness. If a player isn't willing to follow sound coaching, then he is uncoachable. No one thought Donovan McNabb of as an uncoachable player. THAT is why coaches are dissatified with him. They try to do their job, and he doesn't want to listen.

This whole thing is making McNabb look like a Jack Ass in my opinion. His team is once again not meeting expectations and he is refusing to take any responsibility for it or make any changes to his game.

That's it? Inconsistency prevails again.

No kidding. That fine should have been quite large.

Only one offensive lineman? You have to be kidding me. I agree with the DL guys, the linebackers, and the safeties being on that list. And I have no doubt that Hines Ward is a tough sunabicsh . But top 10? They did get the top spot right though with James Harrison.

I thought there were three of them: Kreutz, Incognito, and Dahl. Yeah I don't get the whole Ward pick, especially since the dude looks like he's always smiling. I think Harrison should not get the top spot since he's such cry baby.

The smiling bit is a big facade(did I use that right). Ward is a dirty and mean SOB. He is late on all his "blocks" and he definitely is the jerk starting fights.

Yep. Ward definitely has earned his spot on this list. He's blindsided many players and rung their bell.
With all the QB talent in next years draft, i wouldnt have a problem drafting 2 QB next year. Hey like Shanny says, competition
We still don't know for sure if Barkley and Jones will be coming out next year and Luck will not be available for us in any realistic capacity. That basically leaves Folles as the only viable first round prospect that would be available to us. Moore I'm seeing more and more is going to be graded out as a late 2nd to 3rd day pick. Brandon Weenum is interesting in the sense that John Beck is interesting (he'll be a 28 year old rookie). However he's currently projected as a late 2nd to 3rd day pick as well.

After which we will all be talking, as we do every year about how great next years class will be. For better (Gabbert) or worse (Newton).
