We should have been running the ball more since game 1. Oline looks to be a better run blocking than pass pro.

Sam certainly is responsible for sacks and would say it’s fifty-fifty.

I thought EB wasn’t very good last Sunday and the game plan wasn’t good at all.
EB needs to make some sound changes also and go with our strengths. Last Sunday was a horrendous offensive performance. It's not a given he's back next year either with new ownership.

Re: Philly pre-game

Terry has 13 catches in 3 games

Dotson has 10

That wont get it done

That is my thought. Some have been crowning EB as RR's successor since he got here, but if this offense doesn't really improve, or it regresses under his charge, he may have a tough time finding an OC job somewhere, let alone a HC job.

That said, it's early and there are bound to be 'growing pains' for this offensive unit that has played only three games together so far. Even with a loss to Philly, it is very conceivable for this team to be 5-2 after seven games. And if we're trending up by then - even better.

He literally left a team creating a dynasty with arguably the best qb/player in the league, best tight end, and the best offensive mind. Reid never got enough credit for how good he was in Philly and tolerated TO for awhile. Him leaving KC for Washington was a risk. Now, things are getting real while KC will continue to throttle defenses without him.
Yeah and when he’s pressured he just throws the ball all over the place , he has to just eat a sack sometimes.

He has eaten 19 so far …

Re: Philly pre-game

EB won’t be here next year unless he drastically changes his play calls …any coach that throws that much with a shaky Oline and a QB that has very little experience is a head scratcher … he is no better than what we have had .. there is reason he has never been hired as a head coach ..if you are gonna drop back and pass that much you gotta have a safety valve( how about a RB in the flat if nothing is open ??) .. Sam is gonna get hit a lot Sunday ..

Probably roughly 50 percent his fault. That is too many all around but he is young and at least he takes sacks trying to make something happen unlike wentz who just folded. Kid has moxie.

We win by less than a TD or lose by 13 or more. We scrape by or get whooped.

We haven't whooped someone in a loooong time have we?

Dallas last year 26-6.

Re: Philly pre-game

We beat them, but I don't consider that a whooping. That was a fairly close game until almost the fourth quarter. I'm talking like a 30+ point win - a blow out. I don't remember the last time that happened.

20 points wasn’t enough? Dominated their ass in that game, cowboys couldn’t do shit.

Re: Philly pre-game

Nope, not enough. It was 13-6 with like 17 minutes left in the game. It was a nice win, but not a whooping or domination.
