Overrated
OL is horrible and he has no WRs.. But I agree he's been Haskins level bad. Dak is by far the better QB |

Is it bad that I hope Lamar tweaks a Hammy tonight and RG3 starts Sunday lol jk

Just what we need, RG3 to tear us another asshole LOL. Our d isn't elite yet but I think they do better against pocket qb's. |

Trysten? Hill with the gator roll on Chris Carson. I wish the NFL would start handing out suspensions for blatant intent-to-injure plays. |

Yes, I do not want to lose to RG3. And we would still lose. |
Re: Around the NFL week 3
Our d front would kill RG3. Especially if chase is a go. Ravens would still win but RG3 would not finish the game.
———-/ Cowboys — what a dilemma they have. Dak is putting up numbers but he is not near a 40/per QB. I think they have to pay him bc there is no one available that can replicate what Dak can do for them ... but he is not a top 5 and wants top 1 money. I think they have to pay him, they have no other alternative. |

Chase prob won't go, groins are so iffy, hell I wouldn't risk it |
Re: Around the NFL week 3
Yeah groins can linger, let’s see what the new staff can do. Groin is better than a hammy or achilies imo but yeah
|
Re: Around the NFL week 3
Dunbar missing games for Seattle already ... biggest knock is he inactivates himself if he isn’t 100%. You can’t pay or trust a player like that aka doctson.

Re: Around the NFL week 3
Cowpukes have to be in cap hell next season. On paper they only have 21m in cap space for 2021 and that doesn’t include any Dak money yet.
Demarcus Lawrence has dropped significantly and is set to to count 25m against the cap, disappearing amari cooper is 22m, Zach Martin 17m, declining tyron Smith 14m, Collins 12m. I saw Lawrence on the sideline for a late goal line stand yesterday. I’ve been waiting for the cowboys to hit cap trouble but they always seem to restructure and find a way out. Hell they have 21 m open right now which should help next season but they should hit cap trouble soon. Restructuring and putting guaranteed money on the back end will catch up to you. |
Re: Around the NFL week 3
The Cowboys having to pay Dak will restrict them from improving a bad defense. That defense is lost in coverage and teams can run the ball against their edges and outside.

Cowboys let the best DB in the league walk in free agency (Jones) that has nothing to do with Daks contract. Secondary is a M*A*S*H unit. Both DB starters are on IR and the 3rd is a rookie. Van Der Esch and Lee on IR as well. 1 or 2 DBs that were in rotation this week were on another teams practice squad last week. By week 7, everyone should be back healthy and ready for the second half of the season. Gregory coming back as well. Not alarmed, even at 1-2 looking at the rest of the NFC east, Dallas still has the edge. |

Jaylon and that secondary are pretty bad. |

But your defense isn’t good regardless of injury. Jaylon and that secondary are pretty bad.
True that. Kinda reminds me of Peytons first 3 years with the Colts. There was no "D" in Indianapolis. Peyton had to go into each game KNOWING he had to score at least 30 to have a chance at winning. Dak cannot keep having to throw 450 and 480 and scoring +30 to win each week. Aldon Smith was a great add and story. Although Lawrence has fallen off considerably. Lost McCoy the first practice of camp. Hoping when we get healthy up front and in the secondary, the addition of Gregory to the lineup will help. They are still learning a new system. So still hope that something will click. |

I think it is more than just an edge. It would be inexcusable if the Cowboys were to fail to win the NFC East. |
Re: Around the NFL week 3
Poor Jordan, he should just retire:
49ers’ HC Kyle Shanahan said TE Jordan Reed could miss 6-8 weeks due to a knee sprain suffered Sunday. |

Ravens offense can not play from behind.

Re: Around the NFL week 3
Not impressed at all with the Ravens. That offense will eventually die out. In the AFC they're going to have to deal with Mahomes. You can't outscore them by running this offense.

Re: Around the NFL week 3
Lamar is not a good passer and it showed again last night just like it did in the playoffs... When you can stop their run game and make him pass, he struggles. Reminds me so much of RG3, only difference is he has a loaded team around him. They'll bounce back and beat us by 30 but whatever

You have to be able to throw the ball on them and we can't do that... Unless we somehow shut them down on offense we have no shot man |

Thats probably a good thing rg3 is a backup on that team. Isn't he? I thought I saw him on the sideline last week or the week before. Might actually be a good fit if he has to fill in |

Re: Around the NFL week 3
A league source just texted me: "We are shutting Tennessee down until Saturday"
That means no Titans coaches or players can be in the building. - Russini Fuck here we go |
Re: Around the NFL week 3
Baltimore has a nice OL, RB’s and TE + Jackson (depends on which Jackson shows up) their DL is ok, Calais Campbell is old, Judon is good, they have a good linebacker in the rookie Queen and solid CB’s in Humphrey and Peters.
I think our D is better than theirs and their O is better than ours. As usual containing Jackson is key, a healthy Young would help us. Should be an interesting game, I could see us winning if Haskins plays a good game. |

(of course I'll be thrilled if we somehow do this)
Ha yes agree. So I see a run first team, much like Cleveland. We aren’t terrible against the run, but we did wear down 4th quarter do too way too much time on the field and short ones. Keep the Ravens to 2nd and 3rd and longs. I think we can match their WR. Haskins has to challenge them deep. We have to insert this into the offense...loss of Earl Thomas allows teams to go up top...we just have to do that. It’s unlikely we will win, I certainly think we can. I think ground grind team plays more to our strengths. But we need Haskins to grow in the system. |

The Tennessee Titans have closed their facilities until Saturday after three players and five team personnel members tested positive for COVID-19, the NFL announced Tuesday.
The eight new positive tests have been confirmed after additional testing, a source told ESPN's Kevin Seifert. The Titans, citing an "abundance of caution," issued a statement saying they've halted in-person work Tuesday. The Minnesota Vikings, who played the Titans on Sunday, did the same, though the team said there were no positive tests through Tuesday morning. "Out of the abundance of caution, the organization has decided to work remotely today as we follow NFL protocols related to the COVID-19 virus," the Titans' statement said. Editor's Picks Titans OLB coach Bowen in COVID-19 protocol For the Vikings, league contact tracing identified 48 close contacts with the eight members of the Titans who tested positive, sources told ESPN's Dan Graziano, and the Vikings will not return to their facility until all of their test results are in. Contingency and rescheduling plans are being discussed, sources told ESPN. The NFL issued a statement saying both the Titans and VIkings are working with the league and the NFLPA and medical officials "to evaluate close contacts, perform additional testing and monitor developments ... with health and safety as our primary consideration." The Titans were without outside linebackers coach and defensive playcaller Shane Bowen for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings due to the COVID-19 protocol. Bowen was placed in protocol after getting test results back Saturday before the team left for Minnesota. The team was already without offensive tackle Isaiah Wilson, who was placed into the COVID-19 protocol earlier this month. Coach Mike Vrabel had said he hoped Wilson could return to the practice field this week. No decision has yet been made about Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Nashville, a source told ESPN. Pretty cool stuff. Well .. lets see what happens. |
