Our offensive and defensive stats are very very similar to theirs. I am very optimistic that Colt will actually help our pass game and was super impressed by his wheels last week. Hopefully we get a couple guys - Trent and Crowder namely - back. It should be a good game that gives us all heart palpitations- enjoy [emoji6]!

The only way we lose ANY game is if our run game isn't working and our defense collapses. They carry us in our wins and expose our weakness when they don't. (which is passing)

Security may be a separating factor, I hope it is not. And IMO I think we saw quicker decision making some of the time which plays to Colt being in this offense for a long time now. I am hoping that is the deciding factor on him playing well and elevating the offense a bit. We need the O line to protect him and Jay to call a better game than I'd usually expect... and just maybe, colt the bolt will be alright.

Ya know, gotta account for shit reffing and league agendas, though, too.

One thing to me stood out from last week....Colt to Reed is ALOT better than Alex to Reed.

Like the stronger connection there...Reed is pivotal to our passing attack. He's a must get involved every game weapon.

They're not on par. Colt sees routes and anticipates breaks way better than Smith does. The ball is going to come out before or right when the receiver breaks. He will throw balls that Smith hangs onto, because Smith likes to see it before he throws it.

Colt will not look like a game manager. He will look like Cousins. In games where he doesn't turn it over we'll be calling for him to start over Alex, even when Alex is healthy. In games where Colt turns it over, we'll be like oh yeah this is why we wanted Alex.

I will add that when you are as afraid/ conservative as Smith it is nearly fucking impossible to turn it over. Im sick of the Smith is a good quarterback because he doesn’t turn it over bullshit. Yes we have. Colt has come in with little notice and put up 300 yards 2 touch downs. Colt will air it out. We will see the high octane Aerial passing attack that Gruden loves to run with McCoy and Gruden will open the entire playbook. Colt knows it better than even Cousins. Watch tomorrow

We’ve reached a pivotal point in the season where we need to hit the gas and offensively torch someone. It’s time to hit someone in the mouth, not squeak by only winning by 3 points.

Colt gives Grudens offense that ability. Smith didn’t and couldn’t.

Colt will definitely be more aggressive, the intermediate game should open up, the quick game will be there, basically the offense should closely resemble the passing game under Cousins

Like the play call but high probability Doctson drops it leading to a 3 and out.. Now.. Trey Quinn? He could slip out behind the defense and I have more confidence in his ability to hold on to it. I'd trade Doctson for a 7 and a ham sandwich..
