The fucking Saints just won 7 in a row ... dont close the door on 6 out of 7 just yet yall. Imagine that message board after starting 0-2. Brees is done, fire Payton, etc ...

But Im not even sure 10-6 will get you in. Lots of games to be played, but this is crazy.

How are there this many wins in the NFC? The math doesnt add up. 10 teams with winning records in the 16 team NFC? There are 6 teams with winning records in the AFC.

I think 11-5 is needed for an NFC wildcard ... wow.

Exactly, under Gruden's watch the Redskins throw in at least 2 games a year where they lay an egg in a game where an easy win was expected, those are probably still on the horizon.

They have the playoff predictor at ESPN.com. The offensive rank scenario puts us in at 10-6. The rest of the scenarios we don't make it in.

Basically, it's too early to be predicting whether or not we make the playoffs, but even with these last two weeks, the Skins still have a shot (yes, I'm saying there's a chance)

It's over man lol. We aren't making the playoffs this yr. 9-7 is possible because our schedule is so easy but I wouldn't even count on that

Actually, the chant was "5 in a row or we don't go," back in 2005.

Even with all the injuries, we are so close to being 6-4, and in solid position to garner a wild card spot.

These last two weeks, particularly yesterday, has been rough. Thankfully, these games no longer grab at my emotions any longer. Yesterday, I was ticked off a bit longer than usual.

Nevertheless, we still in some ways control our own destiny. Win out, and we'll likely get in. I'm in no way banking on it, but if we win our next two games, then I'll find my way sucked back in to believing we'll make the playoffs. LOL

I still don't know if 10 wins gets you in, the NFC is crazy this yr.

We play up for good teams but also play down for bad ones. San Fran should have gotten a winning FG attempt but for a bogus PI on Garcon. This team still makes enough mistakes that I cannot see them winning out. We haven't covered TE's all year, and the Giants have a very good young one (Engram) who could make our Thanksgiving uncomfortable.

I think it will when it all shapes up. Several teams vying for a spot have to play one another, and they'll knock one another off.

The 5th seed will likely exceed 10 wins, but I think the 6th and final seed could end up with [I]only[/I] 10 wins.

Not just that but I remember Lisfranc's being a huge deal for a couple players back in the day, it might take a while for him to get back up to speed next year too. He'll be getting the Doctson treatment then.
