Lol, me too. I lol'd hard as hell when he said his buddy ok'd it.

I cant post this on FRIDAY because I wouldnt do such a thing to ruin such an awesome day but, it belongs ITT imo, as crappy as it is:

Dude is definitely doing a terrible Walken impression in the beginning.

Speaking of Walken, I watched "King of New York" on IFC the other night. Loved it when I was younger but damn that movie is pretty goofy.

Lol 90's movies

Are you just finding out about Angry Birds? IT is much more fun to play on a yuppie tablet or yuppie smart phone vs. with a mouse.

I was playing it a lunch time and it gave me the embed feature so I looked for a thread to post it in and decided on this one.

I happen to now own a smart phone and would really like a tablet but none of them can compare to playing games on my big ass PC I have at home in my man cave.

Sell-out ;)

And yeah gaming on a tablet blows, outside of playing words with friends I haven't found anything that I like playing on it.

Sounds like some of you guys have some great plans. I've been swamped at work and will probably have to work Sat and Sun. When I'm not working I have plans to move some stuff to storage so I can get a jump on our moving. I am headed to the ABC store for something good to drink. Stay safe and have fun.

I'll second the "swamped at work" motion. I'm working tomorrow, and Sunday might do the Nats game, then probably hit a bar and catch the HOF game. Live-action football wooo!

Then I'm working a half day Monday because my new boss is switching me to a Tues-Sat schedule, so Saturdays will be my new Fridays starting next week.

I had a huge brief for the appellate court due this morning and got it finished yesterday. Spent a ton of time on it the past two weeks and now my brain is mush. Too much work to just go home, to little motivation to do anything but play on the warpath.

Is it 5:00 yet?

My boss is giving me a service desk (read: standup desk) that's half the size of my current desk, and moving me further away from the job I'm supposed to do (read: shipping/receiving). In short, every day has turned into a miserable day when I'm here at my job. Can't get out fast enough.

And I have to work again tomorrow from 8-5 (every Sat. woohoo!) and me and a friend are hitting up Kings Dominion on Sunday for their Halloween thing, and Monday I will rewatch the Skins game that I'm going to DVR.

i would create a report highlighting the cons of this setup, and the pros of your more ideal setup. time, production, cost, etc. send it to your boss and possibly cc their supervisor(s)

Heading out in a few minutes for a "teambuilding" event.
That means my boss is using the company credit card to buy us beer and nachos at the local watering hole. We have been kicking ass at a huge reclamation project so he wants to make nicey nice with us.

Taking the kids and going to the Baltimore Book Fair after work. Kidding crafts and stories for the kids. Porn and beer for the adults. We just gotta make sure we don't get the tents mixed up.

Seriously, we have to be careful which booths we go to b/c their is apparently some seriously twisted stuff being touted through local Zines and small count-culture publishers. <sigh>

I'm having a couple friends over tonight and we're going to watch Piranha DD. I'm sure the movie itself is probably shitty, but 10 bucks says DD is related to some big ass tittays in the movie itself. Should be a good time, if for no other reason than the T&A and we can make fun of it all night.

Just an update, although most of you probably knew this already, Piranha DD is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Even the gratuitous T&A doesn't make up for it. I don't believe it was worth the $1.20 that I used to rent it for the night.

No plans for this weekend at all. Sometimes no plans are the best plans.

Rainy gloomy day out. Thinking of hitting a local brewery later for a tasting and filling up my growler.

Great. My detector started freaking out yesterday so i took it off. Wasnt saying co2 or fire just a long steady beep? Put it back up and it has been normal. Maybe batteries?

After I had that problem I reset the detector and it's been fine since. Changing the battery won't hurt either.

Spent the weekend in Auburn NY for a wedding. Wife had us go the scenic route up past Seneca Lake and the 42 million vineyards that line Route 414 between Watkins Glen and Seneca Falls. Would have been a very nice drive except for the fog and drizzle. First time in that part of the country. Very pleasant.
