Re: What's up with McCaffrey?
6 returns for 184 yards yesterday, very nice job by the rook
He is the best kick returner in the NFL. We enjoyed great field position all day yesterday. Need to find a way to get the ball in his hands more. Jayden missed him twice yesterday. Once that turned into an interception. Those would have been big chunk plays. |

Think he has a future long term rule on this team.

Re: What's up with McCaffrey?
I hate to say this because I like the player's potential but IMO our fans are overrating him a touch. He was very effective in returning kicks, he sees the hole well. But I believed that was more the blocking, he certainly does not have the twitch, accelation or top end speed to ever be a threat as a returner. He may develop into a reliable receiver but that's still to be determined. IMO if this team wants to win a ring they will need weapons a bit above where I believe McCaffery will land.
He does have value and he could very well develop into a legit WR2. But I think that is still in question. |

Love everything else about him and with his work ethic and bloodlines, he definitely has talent and a lot of potential. His hands, route running, and toughness are top notch. Happy to have him on the team. |
Re: What's up with McCaffrey?
He's very good running back kickoffs.....

I don't expect him to take one back....as long as he puts the offense in great field position.... |

Re: What's up with McCaffrey?
He's definitely fast enough to take one to the house. He's faster than his brother...

Re: What's up with McCaffrey?
Well, being able to see the hole is damn good ability to have and I'd rank it higher than having top end speed.
