Re: Around the League Week 4
Rough. Looks like he lost motor functions at the minimum. Hope this is a just a temporary setback.
Yeah man. Football wise he was really coming into his own under the new staff. Dolphins were looking like world beaters. |
Around the League Week 4
Apparently conscious and movement in all his extremities. Good news. Hope he is back out there next week. Im definitely a closet Dolphins fan. Used to live in Miami.
The Giants need to go back to these uniforms full time. I like those helmets.

Re: Around the League Week 4
Man, athletes are fucked up people sometimes. I know you still have to try to win. But the whole Bengals offense showboating like morons for a TD, after what happened to Tua is so low brow. Have some fucking standards. The pure selfishness that runs thru sports is so fucked up.
Burrow - I'm especially talking about you. Coming off a major injury and also being a fellow QB. Be better. I'm not a fan of his. He wants to be Joe Cool. |

Like bro calm down lol |

Re: Around the League Week 4
I love what Sheehan said, all the Twitter Doctors were out after the Tua injury with their bullshit.
Tua is a grown man, he made the decision to play. These guys know all the risk at this point. Claiming ignorance isn’t acceptable anymore |

The Dolphins had no business letting him return to the game prior in which he lost all control of his motor skills and fell to the ground after returning to his feet. End of story. People need to lose their jobs in Miami. |

I would have to imagine Tua will be out a long time

Jones was out last year for the rest of the season. |
Re: Around the League Week 4
Knocked out twice in 4 days?
Tua is going to start getting concussions every time he sneezes. McDaniel looks like a fucking clown. Amazing how geniuses just don’t get it. |

100% agree with this. No way in hell should he have been allowed to come back into the game on Sunday, let alone play 4 days later. Sometimes you have to protect the players from themselves, and the Miami staff and the NFL failed him. |

Knowing this now - NFL needs to get a step ahead before people start questioning all the "unaffiliated" neurologists. If I was a conspiracy theorist "several mistakes" reads like "we told the neurologist to STFU or paid him to call it a back injury". We haven't gotten the whole story here. |
