Alex Smith, Richardson, Zach Brown back! Still 13M to spend and the draft coming up, guys coming back from injury, rookies entering their second year...

Early but I like this smart non flashy off season so far!!!

(Edit: checked the rookies salary pool, should be around 6M, so it's 11M available)

(Edit2: checked again, all the rookie pool doesn't count against the cap, so it should be 4M. So it is 13M available).

Best part about keeping Zach Brown is the deal doesn't count against you in the compensatory formula. You don't get penalized for keeping your own guys on new deals.
