I was thinking about this last night before going to sleep.

What if when the draft opens Roger Goodell walks up to the mic and says there has been trade the Washington Redskins receive the first pick in the draft.

Seriously the smile on my face would be ear to ear, it would wash away the past 21 years of pain.

That is what I was thinking to. Maybe MS was bringing smoke screening to a whole new level. Why would JH be so fourth coming about the Skins when the NFL is so hush hush.

Because the same stuff this guy reported JH said is the exact same stuff other insiders have been saying for months. I mean the exact same stuff.

Well I don't know what Allen connections to Indy he's talking about, and I happen to be (one of the few, I know) who doesn't believe we're as inclined to trade up with St. Louis as is perceived.

I'd be curious to see when have the insiders been correct about something the Redskins were going to do in the MS/BA era. Weren't some people saying that Peppers to DC was a done deal? Just curious.

if people on this board have "inside information", i'm sure haslett knows what "inside information" may be available to the likes of us. i'm also sure he would stand nothing to lose by sharing that "inside information" with the guy who reported.
