Yep, that's where we're at. Do literally anything at QB and this is a better team. Just like they would have been had Fitz remained healthy all season.

The course of action I would prefer is to bring in a Veteran free agent QB, and then draft the best QB on the board at 11.
I feel I have come around to the same way of thinking. Any FA will be better and since it is a short term solution I can accept that. Definitely need to draft a qb but I am some what indifferent of round. I think the next few years we will be designating at least one pick a draft to qb

If you draft a QB, play him.
Instead of spending 20 million for a journeyman QB you can use that money to add a lineman or WR.

I agree, if he gives the team a better chance to win.

I wouldn't spend any money on a free agent WR, unless it's bringing back one of our own.

I'd say except for potentially losing Scherff, our OL is pretty strong. I'd use the draft to improve/add depth.
WR I agree with Chief on, this draft has some WR talent, so I'd look there. Plus IF Samuel can come back injury free and contribute, we may not need a new top level WR anyway.
I'd start a drafted QB IF there is patience in the organisation to allow them to flourish through growing pains. I'd get a strong FA or even a cost effective trade if there is no confidence in the likely available options. But I'd draft a QB regardless.
I'd use FA to bolster our LB and DB corps. We should draft there too, but we need at least 1 starting MLB out of FA or the draft, and I still maintain we should be seeking a free ranging ball hawk FS as a priority.

QB, OL, LB, S, CB.
I want nothing else from free agency or the draft.

I like your list, but I wouldn't neglect TE, RB, and D-line

If L Thomas isn't ready for the start of the season, all we have is Bates & Reyes. Bates looks to be a solid #2 (maybe more), but you can't start the season with just those two TEs.

No guarantee McKissic is coming back. Are you willing to roll with Gibson/Patterson/Williams?

Settle is a free agent and we're not likely paying him what he will demand. Ioannidis / Payne are on their last year of their contracts.

McKissic is literally the most important fa signing. If he doesn’t come back than RB is on the list.

I can wait for LT and roll with those other two guys if we have to.

DL can be addressed next year if need be.

No doubt there are other areas of need but not nearly as urgent as what i said imo.

I was thinking DT in the draft can’t be out of the question.

Kevin Sheehan is saying he's heard that Russell Wilson is not against the idea of coming to DC.

We need to go big after RW.

NFLN reported that the Giants were interested in JIMMY G, so really where else would RW go? Denver?

What will it take? that is the Q

Wilson is 33

He has had an amazing career

The guys average grade is High 80's.. For his career, that is insane.

He still has 4-5 great seasons left IMO.

I think they have to offer two 1's to start and possibly Sweat or CY.

Would you do it?

I would

We should send a dump truck full of picks to Seattle and dump truck full of money to Wilson. We need to go all out, Russ is an elite QB and we'd be contenders right away.

Yeah I'm usually not for dealing a ton of picks (RG3) but this guy makes us a legit SB contender for 3-5 years.. Look at the Rams, they mortgaged the future and so far its paid off. You can't always say "build through the draft" That shit doesn't always work.
