Matty, I think it's time to re-tool the Warpath. Our main focus is no longer football, it's all things condiments.
KRAMER: We should shut down and re-tool. <pulls the plug and the show goes dark> |

I make my own jalapeno aioli, and it's the bomb. |
Love Cholula and Tabasco. It depends on what I am eating. Tabasco is my grit go too. Eggs generally is Cholula.
Not to change topics too much but a think last year Frenchie mentioned a cheese that he literally described as sexually arousing. Can't remember the name of it. If he sees this I hope replies with the name, but if it is cheese that good I need to get my hands on some.
Frenchie may know cheese but the man dips fries in fuckin mustard. |

Probably not as sexual as homemade warm apple pie though. |

Fresh, but it's oil based - no mayo. |

Know, hard part (well, I mean difficult part, cuz you know, family forum and all, wouldn't want to be misunderstood) is knowing which cheese it was. We have more than a thousand different cheese, and most of them, if really good, can definitely be described as sexually arousing. A good ol aged Brie de meaux can be awesome, but buy it only if you own a large house, you'd smell that shit in your sleep otherwise. Now, if I'm being logic, I think the one I was mentioning last year may very well be Brillat Savarin, I've been a fan for several years and the last couple of years I was buying one at a local cheese shop which was awesome. Remember, a good Brillat Savarin is creamy as fuck. You must have the crust, then a legit centimeter of creamy/almost liquid cheese underneath the crust, and then the heart of it is more compact. Can't find picture of a really good looking one online, but this one looks ok, I like em when you virtually can not eat it without having to lick your fingers afterwards: EDIT: yeah it was definitely Brillat Savarin, just looking at this picture of a so-so one, I'm aroused |

Now keep in mind, when I say mustard, I mean this: Not this: I'd still do it with the second one but... |
Re: WTF @ Bills post game thread
There are some fine mustards Frenchie. I like my fancy. I like my yellow. On pretzels and hot dogs.

I tried to like that stone ground mustard. But I'm simply not sophisticated enough to like it. |

Mix it with about 1 part honey to 3 parts stone ground mustard, and you have an amazing mustard for soft pretzels. |
