Re: Why moving on from Bruce Allen this year is pivotal to the future of the franchise.
Bruce isn't going anywhere guys. There was a made up story about things being red hot after the GB loss, that was 100% BS. Then guys like Chris Russell was bordering on clickbait posts like "Bruce was heard saying goodbye to folks at the offices", and when someone questioned him about it, he later said that he misspoke as he was going from information that he had heard from someone who heard it from someone else that knew someone inside Redskins park.
All of the reporters should be ashamed of themselves for forwarding on garbage and obviously 100% false and inaccurate news. It's like the boy who cried wolf. We've been hearing from these so called "sources" for the past two years now how Bruce is on the hot seat. We should know better by now, that Bruce isn't going anywhere. |

I'm not a big fan of handing the GM spot over to a former player either but they may have no choice. |

Seriously, the Alex Smith road is probably just as bad as Bruce staying. The problem is no seasoned well regarded GM is ever coming here same goes for HC. At this point just make Alex Smith GM and Colt McCOy HC, AP OC and Junior Gillette DC. I can do special teams I am pretty slow at work right now. fuck this franchise. |

Redskins ranked #9 out of 9 possible head coaching opportunities this offseason. We taking more L's than Nick Canon right now. I thought it was a good read, the gist of it is "unless Dan Snyder does some serious soul-searching we are not going to attract any quality candidates." |

I'm a huge sucker for this team, and I'm really looking forward to the news right after the game.

Perception is reality at this point. |

Russell is just a total unprofessional loser at his job. |
Re: Why moving on from Bruce Allen this year is pivotal to the future of the franchise.
Per Albert Breers Twitter account (sorry, i cant link as twitter is blocked from my work computer):
More Redskins... Source: Owner Dan Snyder assembled a small circle of football people earlier in the season to help him with Washington's search process. None of those people work for the team. So he hasn't done it alone, but those with the team aren't involved.
In my opinion, this is very positive news. As fans, we have been kept in the dark, but, if this report is true, it means that Snyder decided months ago that Bruce will not be part of the plan moving forward. Otherwise, Bruce would have been involved in these discussions. The fact that he's not part of the search means he's almost certainly a goner. Man, i haven't been this excited about an offseason since Vinny was fired! Oh wait.... we got Bruce after that. NVM, we're screwed no matter what. |
