why does snyder going make it worse?
Exactly, people are trying to make this into some horrific injury, I mean worst case scenario he's out for start of 2013. My God they act like his leg is snapped off |

It reminds me how Jerry Jones thinks he makes things better by going to the sidelines when the Cowgirls are losing. |
Re: As long as RGIII is 100% for 2013 training camp...
So most of us beleive theres really no one to blame. But in the spirit of speculation, lets say we find out RGIII is gonna miss next year and people say hes never gonna be the same:
Does Snyder have to find a scapegoat to fire? After the USA Today thing is James Andrews gonna have issue working with Shanahan? |

Nope RT @Whtdiddydo: @HTTR24_7 Now Snyder flying along with the crew to Dr. Andrews. Can't be good.
Coming soon, artificial knee. There sure is a lot of hullabaloo. I sure hope this is more hype than it sounds because by the way everyone's talking it makes it seem like the guy's career is over. |
Re: As long as RGIII is 100% for 2013 training camp...
Man o man this is heartbreaking ... Shanny can't go down for this though ... Shanny is what's right with organization along with Bruce Allen ... RG3 played through pain the last 2 weeks and we all dealt with it. Yeah he was banged up like hell but apparently he was getting better each week. Hell he wasn't even wearing a brace in warmups. IF that fumbled snap doesn't happen who knows what we are talking about. I just hope so much that he is ok and nothing is torn. Redskins Nation does not deserve this, not after 20 years of pain and waiting for Fed Ex to finally become RFK 2.0. This feels like a nightmare
I wish people would just get off the stupid "gotta blame somebody" bandwagon. What happened happened. Get over with. Nobody to blame. It's not going to magically heal Griffin's knee.
So you want the entire fanbase to simply ignore one of the biggest blunders this organization has ever produced? Yes, I think not pulling your star QB (whom you just gave up the farm for) when it was evident he was injured and ineffective is one of the bigger blunders I've seen to date with this organization. First would be hiring Vinny. Nobody gave a damn about Leslie Frazier pulling Ponder for a injury. Nobody. Not a single peep. Sure they lost, but I don't blame Frazier for not starting Ponder. This isn't a hindsight issue. This is a complete failure on the part of our medical staff and our coaching staff. There are no two ways about it. No hindsight bullshit either...this isn't a hindsight issue. |

I'm speechless, if he's out for good idk what to do. Finally we had hope and now it could back ripped from us. I know cousins has potential and I think he's good but damn RGIII was a top 10 QB |
come on bro, nobody gave a shit about Frazier pulling Ponder because he sucks and just hands it to AP. RG3 PLAYED THE LAST 2 WEEKS AND WE WON. WTF are you talking about. He landed weirdly trying to get that bad snap and yes he was hindered but we were winning that damn game for most of the day. Don't compare FRAZIER/PONDER/WEBB TO SHANNY/RG3/KIRK COUSINS |

In the end, RG3 is the one that knows how he feels and what he is capable/not capable of doing. Doctors are not going to have an MRI/X-Rays right then and there to fully say what is going on. Hell, we don't even now after an MRI no one knows what's going on. Shanahan's needs to worry about now what to do without RG3 in the near future. And RG3 needs to learn from this, get better, and move on. |
I don't blame shanahan for playing rg3. You ride the qb who brought you to the playoffs once you get there. Don't forget that cousins missed time with the flu during the week. He wasn't injured, but he wasn't 100% either... even if just as a result of preparation.

Re: As long as RGIII is 100% for 2013 training camp...
I suggest everyone take a break from all this, and first of all breath. Go watch a movie, play some games, anything and wait until we actually know what the real diagnosis is before flipping out.

Re: As long as RGIII is 100% for 2013 training camp...
Mike Shanahan was suppose to put Kirk Cousins in the game. He saw that the offense was not effective. He saw that Seattle was coming back. He saw that RG3 wasn't himself. Shanahan also saw that the offense was stalling because of RG3's knee injury. Mike Shanahan should have taken RG3 out when he should have. Instead he sacrificed the future of our team by allowing Griffin III to continue playing.

You cannot listen to a player in regards to a injury. He could have had a broken spine and still been begging to get in the game. That's how they are. This decision is up to a medical staff and coaching staff. C'mon man, it was obvious this guy should not have been playing. You don't need a medical degree or even stay at a Holiday Inn Express to saw that. Some things are just blatantly obvious. That was one of them. Again, I think after this, those duties should be stripped from Shanahan and put on the world renowned doctor they've hired. Grant Paulsen @granthpaulsen Mike Shanahan said he didn't speak to the doctors between Robert Griffin's 1st quarter re-aggravation & when the QB came back into game. ^^See...this shit is a problem. A huge problem. |
