I like your theory. In a way it is fair. We get punished for breaking a handshake agreement but not ridiculously punished.

Michael Lombardi saying the redskins are not done shopping for WR expect them to be strongly involved in signing Eddie Royal, they want 3 new WR's

But I also read somewhere else (twitter Jeff Darlington maybe?) that he agrees that he needs to go to a zone blocking scheme.

Looks like a total overhauling of the WR corps this offseason. Moss likely gone too.
