Did Snyder want nothing to do with Owens or was that Gibbs?
Had to have been Gibbs. He had no patience for foolishness back in the 80s-90s (just ask Theismann), so he sure as h*ll didn't have it a few years ago.
Teams can police themselves. A la Gruden kicking Keyshwan Johnson off the Bucs, Andy Reid kicking TO off the Eagles, Steve Smith getting suspended two games for putting a dent in Ken Lucas' face, etc.
Arrington riding the bench. What worst thing can you think of better then sitting a player on the bench in uniform watching the team try to accomplish something with out you. ;)

Cerrato: 'No Interest' In T.O.

The Redskins are not interested in signing mercurial wide receiver Terrell Owens. The team remains committed to developing their young group of wide receivers, Vinny Cerrato said on Thursday.
thank god for vinny :)

Looks like TO and the Bills are working on a deal. I guess Dick Jauron was lobbying for him. If Marshawn Lynch can stay out of jail and Trent Edwards continues to improve, they could be a pretty good offense with TO and Lee Evans as the WRs.

Re: Cowboys cut T.O.

Unsurprisingly, the interest for Owens seems to be exclusively with small market teams who want to get a big ticket player at league minimum prices.

And he's a nice investment as long as he doesn't feel like his job is secure.

Plus, if his job is secure, at this age, your scouting dept. has overvalued T.O. the player.

I honestly really really hope the Bills sign him. From the area and not being a Bills fan, I would love to watch this unfold up here... and like him or not, TO will draw allot of interest, which is something the Bills need with their financial situations & possibly moving to Toronto... I would hate to see them leave Western NY, even tho I'm not a fan.

no way no way we have already spend to much money on players T.O. is good but is not right for us, it is time the redskins use their heads and go to the draft and spend money on new talent
