Re: Official 2022 NFL Draft Thread
Its draft month baby!! Almost there. I'm going to watch the draft on a unicycle while eating sliced bread.
I'm a fan of this site. Full 7-round NFL mock draft. https://www.drafttek.com/2022-NFL-Mock-Draft/2022-NFL-Mock-Draft-Round-1.asp They have us taking: 1. Derek Stingley Jr. - CB - LSU 2. Nakobe Dean - LB - UGA 4. Dontario Drummond - WR - Ole Miss 6. Bubba Bolden - S - Miami (FL) 7. Lucas Krull - TE - Pitt 7. Brock Purdy - QB Iowa State I don't love this particular draft, but wouldn't hate it either. |
Re: Official 2022 NFL Draft Thread
I don't know about the rest of it, but if we got Stingley and Dean, that would be amazing.

I looked up those tackle prospects…all look to have the same quality, better use at guard. Look like we will be adding young talent to replace Schreff which makes sense. |

I know weve missed a bit lately on 3R or 4R guards (Martin, Arie, Charles is on roster but a ? mark) but I love taking a guard or center in the 3R or 4R. ---- Olave - id feel like we reached if we took the 3rd best WR at 11, I love his foot work. The highlight reels seem to showcase his footwork, route running and sideline awareness. If we traded down in the 1st Id love the pick. --- 22 more days until April 28th .. gesus |
Re: Official 2022 NFL Draft Thread
We don't have a 3rd round pick this year.

Re: Official 2022 NFL Draft Thread
Right...forgot about that

Gonna need to hit on at least a couple UDFA's again this year, due to only having 6 picks, with 2 of those being 7th rounders. |
Re: Official 2022 NFL Draft Thread
11. Derek Stingley Jr. - CB - LSU
47. Desmond Ridder - QB - Cincinnati 113. Wan'Dale Robinson - WR - Kentucky 189. Ellis Brooks - LB - Penn State 230. Percy Butler - S - Louisiana 240. Dylan Parham - OG - Memphis |

Iowa State RB Breece Hall visited Washington earlier this week; has good speed (4.39) and vision.
Michigan State RB Kenneth Walker III coming in later this week as well, it's clear as has been stated this offseason that adding an RB is definitely possible. with 17 games, important to have quality depth and a strong 1-2 punch as well. — #PSU S Jaquan Brisker is with the Commanders tomorrow and Friday. twitter.com/RapSheet/stat Getting more RB help is a must |

I would have Logan Thomas do the short yardage situations. We did that a few times 2 years ago and it was successful every time if I remember correctly. |
Re: Official 2022 NFL Draft Thread
I would have thought that Bates is the best guy for that sort of job
