I'd go for this but I'd be surprised if the Titans just let him walk, unless they can't sign Henry and probably Tannehil, needing the tags. He's not TW but he's good and in his prime.

Chargers TE Henry is tagged, as expected. I kinda liked Henry slightly more than Hooper.

Hooper is going to get a massive contract. Washington or somewhere. He's about to get paid. Interested to see how aggressive the Skins pursue him.

I highly doubt we sign Hooper. I see him going to Green Bay.

Why? I thought I read somewhere that the Redskins have a lot more cap room for free agency than either Green Bay or Chicago.

We are unstable at QB. But if we just throw the most money at him then perhaps.

We've always done it in the past. Money isn't everything.

Money isn't everything but it's way ahead of whatever is in second place.

I think we will outbid everyone for Hooper. He may get a great TE contract but it’s still only $11 mill. JUST HALF the contract for Cooper or Trent Williams (at least what he wants). Hooper will make a big difference for Haskins, especially since we have NOTHING at TE now. Besides Scherff, Hooper will be our “must have” FA.

Heard a talking head on Sheehan this morning.

Flowers - skins want to resign but thinks w Rosenhaus he probably wants to test the market to see if he can get a 10 per deal, if not maybe he returns to the Skins at 6-7 per

Hooper - said skins are kinda quiet on this front, doesnt think they are in heavy pursuit.

CB - they are looking bradberry, breeland, and someone else I forgot the name. no mention of byron jones.

WR - he doesnt like the FA offerings, doesnt think any team should give a big contract to any of them

--------------------

edit - do we have a skins FA thread? I know we have a skins offseason and NFL FA but I dont see a skins FA thread.. but im also dumb

Flowers was a reclamation project, if he can get $10M per let him walk and slot Martin in there.

Surprised if we don't go hard for Hooper. Then again if Smith reckons he has the next Kittle lined up in the draft...

CB & WR - agree with these. I liked Breelands energy when he was here before and he's shown he can stay heath. Jones is too expensive and Anderson is the only WR worth taking and he's going to be too expensive as well.

It would be great if we can resign Flowers but I think we can get by with Martin if he signs with other team.

I'm kinda surprised that Redskins are looking at 2nd tier CBs.. Perhaps they are thinking about a long term plan with Dunbar - if he plays well this year then we would have to spend big to keep him.

I agree about the WR part, I don't see anyone I think Redskins should sign beside Emmanuel Sanders. I believe Sanders will either want to stay with 49ers or sign with a contender. Go with our current top 3 WRs and draft and sign undrafted WRs to compete with Harmon.
