Gruden needs to take the fine, and come out and say "the NFL consistently cheats against us. If you don't believe me check out that non holding call against Kerrigan right in front of the head ref in the open field. It's embarrassing".

How can you defend if you are held on nearly very lay and no calls....I bet the Penalties are 2 to 1 again and they are a highly Penalized team!
