Well it's looks like KL almost got in a shot on him as he flew over RGIII but the coward ducked it just in time. Would have served him right to get lit up and knocked out.

I dont see the issue about that hit. Had he connected, a completely legal hit. If a QB runs, you hit them.

right. The attempt at the hit is what is wrong with the game currently. There wasn't a need to do it...a typical more safe tackle would have sufficed and probably been more practical...but it is ingrained in these guys to take these big shots. The only purpose for such a hit is to invoke injury..there's no other justification for it.
