Heavy Rain to me was a just so depressing, I seriously never got into that game. I did finish it and quickly sold it.
Any other games you have played that have the same type of game play as Heavy rain?
You sound like me! Half.com is a great place to find used video games for dirty cheap! I just ordered GTA IV for the PS3 a few minutes ago. Bought a "like new" condition with shipping cost me around $14!

I suck at the shooter games on game consoles.
Yeah I got it for 20 used but it has the Liberty City Episodes and Ballad of Gay Tony in it too. It was 15 without those, Game Stop actually. I'll keep my eye out on half.com (haven't used the site since college), good tip man.

Heavy Rain is it's own unique style of play very few games like it. Honestly it should not be called a game it is almost like a video version of the books back in the day "Choose your own Adventure".

Sometimes half.com has great bargains, sometimes you can get the games cheaper elsewhere. Before iTunes and such really got started, I used to use half.com to purchase music CDs (I still do occasionally.) I could get some CDs for as low as .75 cents.

As for GTA, I just got mine yesterday, haven't played it yet.

Actually, that sounds pretty awesome to me. Kind of like an interactive movie.

Yeah exactly I just want to make sure you understood how it was. I thought it was kind of neat but the subject matter depressed me.

Closest thing I've ever heard of is a PS2 called Fahrenheit that was developed by the same company. Thing is Heavy Rain is a very unique game. Hopefully more companies will develop similar games in the future but for now Heavy Rain is in a genre all by itself.

Mass Effect might be the closest thing and it's a great game in its own right but you'll be hard pressed to find a game like Heavy Rain.

Finally got and played. It's ok, graphics are kinda shit compared to COD. I guess that's part of the trade-off for bigger maps and having 32 players.

Yeah but Black Ops is just a better version of World at War nothing touches Modern Warfare 2

Black ops or call of duty 4 for me any day off the week over the completely soulless broken game known as modern warfare 2.
