Well to be honest, it was the Jack-ass that blew-up his own bill, not the Dems in this case. It never even got to a vote. He was in a snit over what Pelosi and Shumer had said earlier, on a separate issue, on the day of the meeting to lay out the way forward for his (really McConnell's) infrastructure bill, and he blew the bill up in retaliation for what they had said in the first 3 minutes of the meeting.

Come on man. It is pretty overwhelming as to who the more racist party is at this point. I mean 50-100 years ago you may have had an argument. You can be a conservative, a Republican, etc and clearly not be a racist but you cant deny the element inside your party. Dick Morris, love him or list him, I'd list him, is predicting Pence is going to run for president against Trump in 2024, on the republican docket (there will be more too, but that's for a different day). That would be a hoot to watch.

I ain't disputing you - this just sounds like some money-making venture by a print media company. Capitalizing on a public figure's fame to make some money is a tradition as old as time.

Usually when I say not a cult - it refers to the fanbase worshipping their savior through physical things - like paintings depicting Trump as some immortal creature or decorating your truck with a bunch of large flags showing your love of Trump/hatred of the libs. Idolizing Trump is an art-form in and of itself - there is no other modern-day politician whose fans take their hero worship to such extremes. It's very, dare I say, cult-like?

Could just be coincidence. But winning football games seems to correspond with quiet political threads. Like when we are losing we want to argue about politics as if the site is in a bad mood. Man, winning is great!
