It's clear that Snyder does not have 1fucking% of respect for any of the fans. 99% of all fans, media, etc. think BA is a fuckboy. But other people come and go but fuckboy lives on. Fuck me.
I say I won't watch next year if he isn't let go, but I know in my bones, I'm full of shit, so I'll just continue to have Snyder/Allen piss on my head and tell me its raining. |

The Redskins will never build a consistent winner on Snyder’s watch. Never. As fans it’s time to accept mediocrity and the occasional one and done playoff appearance or move on.

Time to clean house 1.0.
I have historically not been a fan of Sally Jenkins, but this is the most spot-on analysis I’ve ever read about the Redskins.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.washingtonpost.com/amphtml/sports/welcome-to-the-redskins-where-honesty-is-not-in-the-employee-handbook/2018/12/26/20631ff0-096e-11e9-88e3-989a3e456820_story.html And at the very end, a stat that is completely damning.
Perhaps Gruden will keep his job, or perhaps not. Perhaps Snyder will finally jettison Allen, or perhaps not. History suggests it won’t matter in the least. Snyder’s regular season record as an owner is 139-179-1, and he has never had a team win 11 games. There is a distinct pattern to his tenure, a wobbling repetitive cycle, with periods of total disintegration, and then the spin starts again. This organization simply cannot put good people in place and hold them there, because it has no tolerance for truthfulness and therefore no coherent values.
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Time to clean house 1.0.
Remember when we were at least perennial offseason champions? We didn’t have meaningful football games in December and and January, but atleast we could look forward to free agency in March.
Vinny would fire up the jet. We’d be up all night tracking Redskins one and wake up to the news that’d we’d signed Albert haynesworth. It was an exciting time to be alive. Man, those were the days. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Look at his fucked up 139-179-1 record as owner....he makes stupid decisions....starting with the firing of Norv....firing Marty....hiring Spurrier....hiring Zorn...hiring Allen which has resulted in the last 2 head coaching hires being collosal failures and the firing of GM Scot McCloughan....there's no wonder why this team has a 10 win season on the average of once every 7 years... |
Time to clean house 1.0.
None of us really (like REALLY) know how involved Snyder is in the day to day, and player decision making. I do believe Snyder wants to win badly, but also badly wants to be involved, because he loves the team and football so deeply. He doesn’t mean to hurt the team, it just ends up that way.
My problem is with the people he hires. From a public perception Cerrato and Allen are the two primary issues, because they’re the guys in place to “act” as the GMs and make all decisions on personnel, coaching staff, etc. Allen said it perfectly himself when being interviewed about the Alex Smith trade. “You are judged by your record, and you are what your record is”.....well Bruce, if that’s the case you need to fire yourself.
