I've heard of Twitch in name only. I don't really have any idea what it is or does. But sure lol. I'll try to get some glitties in the background.
I don't want to be Kiper lol, can I be Louis Riddick?
Deal! |
Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
I traded #5 to add an extra pick in the top 50. Assuming we address C (Connor Williams would be a nice addition) and LB in free agency, I think this would be an awesome draft.
12. Jared Verse, EDGE Florida State (traded Pick #5 for Pick #12, Pick #49, 2025 New Orleans 2nd, and 2025 New Orleans 3rd) 36. Kingsley Suamataia, OT BYU 38. Donovan Jackson, OG Ohio State 49. Ja'Tavion Sanders, TE Texas 70. Cole Bishop, S Utah 96. Bucky Irving, RB Oregon 101. Ben Sinnott, TE Kansas State 132. Smael Mondon, LB Georgia 166. Jordan Jefferson, DT LSU 197. Tahj Washington, WR USC 2025 NO 2nd 2025 NO 3rd |
Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
Some of these draft sites make me wonder how they assess trade values. I can easily get 12th and 49th to move up 7 spots in rd 1, but a 2nd AND a 3rd next year too? I mean, if I was GM I certainly wouldn't turn that down, but it seems a tad generous.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
I agree that particular trade is a tad generous, but not by much. It really just depends on how desperate a team is (or teams are) to get that 5th pick - depending on who may be sitting there.
According to the Rich Hill Model - Trade Value Chart, the 5th pick is worth 468. Pick #12 is worth 347 and pick #49 is worth 118 for a total of 465. With that in mind, I would expect something else to be thrown in. Doesn't mean it would be a future 2nd and 3rd, but it all depends on the negotiations... |
Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
Take one of the two big OT’s with pick 4. Then go bpa for oline, lb, secondary, wr, te the rest of the way.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
If PFN is anywhere near accurate and if we can keep on Rivera'ing and stay at 5, Alt and/or Fashanu should be available.
5. Olumuyiwa Fashanu - OT - Penn State 36. Troy Fautanu - OG - Washington 38. Kalen King - CB - Penn State 70. Trey Benson - RB - Florida State 96. Tory Horton - WR - Colorado State 101. Deontae Lawson - LB - Alabama 132. Zach Frazier - OC - West Virginia 166. Ashton Gillotte - EDGE - Louisville 197. Aaron Casey LB - Indiana |
Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
Punch, can we live debate the need to draft a QB on SDs live draft stream?
We can do it from a NJ strip club. There’s this club, paradizio, in Newark. They have the hottest Brazilian women. One of them had a pussy that looked like Jorge Posadas catchers mitt so I’m not sure she was born a woman but she is now. I’ll hook you up. |

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
This draft is brought to you by Jamf's JiffyLube franchise located right next to the Hong Kong club:
5. Michael Penix Jr. - QB - Washington 36. Andrew Mukuba - S - Clemson 38. Xavier Legette - WR - South Carolina 70. Patrick Paul - OT - Houston 96. Ty'Ron Hopper - LB - Missouri 101. Zach Frazier - OC - West Virginia 132. Tate Ratledge - OG - Georgia 166. Luke Lachey - TE - Iowa 197. Daequan Hardy - CB - Penn State |
Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
Lets say miraculously we get to pick #2. Do you still pick OT if Harrison is still there? QB?

You pick Harrison, Jr. with a smile on your face. He's the best player in this draft, he just doesn't play QB. |
Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
I would say the team should listen to Jamf … hell he knows way more than anybody on the planet when it comes to QB … trade Sam on draft day for a 7th round pick .. and let’s draft a youngster with our number one pick without any Oline improvement.. let’s keep EB at OC and start the kid on day one and let him throw 40 times a game .. yea yea that’s a solid plan .. damn why didn’t I think
Of that … SMH |
Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
I read somewhere based on game’s remaining the highest we will likely drop is to 4th pick and lowest is to 7th. If getting 2nd pick probably trading some of those seconds and thirds to do so
