LaDainian Tomlinson Retires

Per Sheft, he'll sign a one day contract with the Chargers and retire.

Great versatile player. Like other's have said it's a shame he didn't get a ring. He was one of the few non-Redskins players I liked cheering for.

Well said. I also wanted him to come to the Skins.

Re: LaDainian Tomlinson Retires

easily the 2nd best horned frog to play in the nfl. always enjoyed watching him play (when he wasn't stiff-arming ryan clark to the ground on the way to a walk-off td). wish him the best

Re: LaDainian Tomlinson Retires

I always respected the hell out of him. Sucks that he didn't get a ring. Easily one of the best players' in the NFL in his prime. I wish him good luck in his post-football career. I wouldn't even mind him in the broadcasting booth.

Re: LaDainian Tomlinson Retires

chances that he returns to the football field in the latter part of the season to a RB needy team that has good Super Bowl chances?

Re: LaDainian Tomlinson Retires

Anybody other than Norv or Marty coaching, and he probably has a Super Bowl. Thems the breaks, but a great career never the less.

Re: LaDainian Tomlinson Retires

LaDainian Tomlinson was the best running back of his generation. He's definitely a first ballot Hall Of Famer....
