Hell no. Develop Paulsen as a regular TE, and Paul as a receiving TE.

Go with LA as #3 if you have to. I have no clue who's available out there, but someone young with potential would be good. Our FO did well finding a kicker off the street recently.

edit: Paulsen just looked good on that catch.

I wouldn't mind Cooley if he's in shape. Paul hasn't shown anything outside of being solid on special teams.

I don't think adding Cooley would necessarily help this team.
