Predict Our Five Starters On the O-Line
I did this post, so that I could see what people were thinking, when it comes to who will start on the O-Line. This thread should be heat up, after the draft. Right now, I am going with Okung, Dockery, Rabach, Williams, and Heyer. I also have started to believe that they are thinking rinehart might be able to play right tackle.

Oh God. Please not Heyer again. Hopefully, there is some sort of move that gets us a different RT. Maybe a cut? Maybe a trade for picks? Tis is too hard to predict going into this draft. I expect alot of movement in the next week.

Not Heyer.
This new Coach and FO will see just what he never was. And the NFL Draft will turn up some starter(s) and some back-ups. UDFAs will help our depth. But not Heyer. NoNoNoNoNoNoNo!

I am with you brother, but right now that is as far as I can see. Hey at least, I did not have Levi Jones at LT.

I am going to make a prediction right now. Regardless, of who we get Williams is our RG.

Re: Predict Our Five Starters On the O-Line
Paintrain and I are thinking alike. I'm predicting Adams will continue to play LT and Okung will man the right side until needed on the left.

Re: Predict Our Five Starters On the O-Line
Flozell at LT, Dockery LG, Rabach at center, Williams with Hicks battling till statrt of the season at RG and T. Williams at RT...
I think that Williams is more of the type of o-lineman the Shanny likes... Okung is the type the old regime would get... not to say it is right or wrong!!!! Williams I hear is more raw and possibly has more upside in the long run...so if the Tackle we draft will man the Right Tackle then I believe it would be better to pick Williams . Then when he gets exp. he can man the LT spot.... fully realizing his talent and upside. What do you think of that reasoning? |

Re: Predict Our Five Starters On the O-Line
This is almost an impossible game to play. I think we could have a guy none of us are even thinking about as a late round draft pick starting at RT or RG by the end of training camp. Also considering we don't have any real quality T at all on the roster those 2 postitions are completely up in the air. I just hope we have the best five guys we can put on the field come September.
