The Orange Box

I wonder how many people are expecting a link to a Lindsay Lohan upskirt...

seriously, I'm not too familiar with the games compiled here... any feedback?

I've heard of half-life, but don't quite get the multiplayer game on there. I'm thinking about picking it up this weekend.

Anyone buy this for 360 and have any feedback?

Re: The Orange Box

I really need to get instantly rich and get 360.

Half-Life was IMO one of the greatest games ever. It spawned the likes of "Counter-strike", and "Team Fortress Classic", both great multipayer games. I never played HL2, but I remember the first one was so fun to beat. It was pretty much Halo before Halo.

I'm also curious as to if anyone has any insight on "The Orange Box".

Re: The Orange Box

Orange Box is AWESOME! A buddy of mine got it yesterday and he loves it. I played around with some of the weirder weapons for HL but the Team Fortress game is WAYYYYY too much fun.

Must buy IMO.

Yeah I haven't played any of those games but it's getting great reviews. I'm not really a shooter guy though. I just made it past the first level of Halo 3.

Re: The Orange Box

I'm loving it so far. Portal is addicting as hell and suprisingly really funny. TF 2 has some issues right now with bad lag but hopefully they can patch that soon cuz when working there is nothing like it. But the main reason to get it is the real port of one of the best games ever made and no that trimmed down crappy regular xbox version doesn't count. I'm on Episode 2 right now after about 20 hrs or so beating HL2 and Episode 1.

Re: The Orange Box

I don't like those types of games (mainly sports games and car games are my thing) but my buddy is addicted to those games and he says Orange Box is amazing. I'd trust his judgement, he's a one of those guys that buys all those magazines and books about new games and such.

Those were brilliant games. Loved me some CS in college.
