Congrats to the 2012 HOF class

It was nice to see players Like Dermonti Dawson, Curtis Martin, Chris Doleman, Cortez Kennedy, Willie Roaf, Jack Butler get inducted today, congrats to them.

One thing that will never ever happen again is this:

Besides reaching Redskins fan heaven from winning 3 SB's, nothing will ever compare to the long overdue and well deserved standing ovation that Art Monk got. I will never forget it and I love going back and reminiscing that moment.

Cortez Kennedy had a remarkable career. He played on some weak Seahawk teams but the guy always came to play. He deserves to be in the Hall.

And Cris Carter still isn't in.

I bet he gets in sometime, but he doesn't deserve a 4 minute ovation.

More like a 4 second ovation. He's a wanker.

I can just imagine his speech at the enshrinement ceremony.

CC: Thank you baby, hey that was a pretty short sitting ovation now wasn't it? Where's the love at, oh forget it. The reason I have chosen myself to present myself for HOF induction is because who knows me better than I know myself? Cris Carter was many things on the football field, WR, selfless motivational leader, G.O.A.T. (the good kind), superhero, the greatest man this world has ever seen, amongst many other things, but that is not what we're hear to discuss.

We are here to discuss why the hell it took me so long to get inducted. HOF Committee bitches, why the wait? Huh? Was it the personal threats? The letter bombs? Ya'll a group of assholes. As for all of you peasants in attendance, you should be counting your blessings. This jacket is worth more than all of your lives. You should be enjoying every breath of air you take, knowing you are this close to a god-king with a jacket like this. Can't forget this bust too, so my presence will be immortalized long after I'm gone. Who am I kidding? God-kings don't die. Anyways, screw you too (crowd booing at this point.) Peace bitches I'm out.

He only made 8 pro bowls in 11 years...

He was only named defensive player of the year while on a 2-14 team... How often does that happen?

He was only named as a member of the 90's NFL all-decade team.

He is one of those players that dominated his position year in/year out but never got recognition because he was never on top flight teams. The fans might not of known who he was, but the players and coaches of the NFL always did.

If he doesnt deserve to be in the HOF, then there really doesnt need to be an HOF. Same thing I said about Art Monks mysterious absence for so long.

Re: Congrats to the 2012 HOF class

Kennedy was well deserving. Anyone who doesn't think so simply wasn't paying attention during his playing days.

W/out question CC is a cry baby. But to me , keeping him out simply because he was an a-hole during his playing days is simply ridiculous. This is why the media should never ever ever vote on this stuff. I was watching NFLN and they guys on there were saying the voters should be made up of people that are already in the HOF. Could not agree more.

Cortez Kennedy is definitely deserving. Probably being in Seattle made him fly under the radar to most fans.
