NeverEverNoSanity Worm
Just thought I would let you guys know that there is a web worm that has regenerated itself throughout the net. It is mainly targeting all servers running php and phpBB. Another forum that I am a member of is ASP based but was also hit, although the only thing that was hit was the disclaimer page.
The worm appears to be using google to find its targets. The only thing I know at this time to fix the problem is to make sure your php website or bulletin board are both update to the latest release. |

Google was on the ball quickly with this one. It blocked the worm from using its engine to propagate itself. I think it targets PhpBB. This site is vBulletin, so we should be alright.
