That dude didn't get fired because of Peyton Manning complaining. He got fired because the restaurant found and and fired him for violating their policies. As far as I know, Peyton never complained about the guy.

If anything, showing that receipt makes Peyton look like good guy so I pretty sure it wasn't because of him.
