I was also gonna say how sweet it is too watch the skins absolutely destroy the cowpies and then get a new episode of Family Guy and now there's a freakin address to the nation about stuff we already know about. :frusty:

w o w.

cowboys sweep. and in the best ways possible. after being dominated the first game and coming back and then just REAMING THEM A NEW @SSHOLE to finish the season. i'm going to sleep sooo well knowing Jerry Jones is crying inside. our team did it, and when it counted - Gibbs brought the Redskins back.

5Rings, you were 100% right. your tackles have to be the worst offensive tackles i've ever seen. Philip Daniels getting 4 sacks? unheard of. cut those guys now.

I am 57 years old and have had season tickets since 1962. I've never seen anything like that game.

God bless you, Joe Gibbs!

I started the thread Portis is NOT OVERRATED. He is not overrated lughead. He's worth every penny on every down. Touching the ball or not. Maybe you misspelled something, but come on what does this have to do with a nearly perfect game by the Redskins?

Re: Cowboys-Redskins Official Game Thread

As to the OG thread subject. What an incredible game. Hats off to all of you that commented here as a piece of Redskins history was happening. It's great to read the thoughts of everyone as the game develops. Huge props to 5rings for being the only Dallas fan or even Redskins doubter, Gibbs doubter, Portis doubter, etc that is willing to take their lumps. You are a true sportsman and a welcome addition to this forum. And I'm afraid in the next few years you might change your avatar to 'joe gibbs'. Great win Sunday and thanks to everyone who believed. Displayed the same 'In Gibbs We Trust' banner in the tailgate Sunday with my brother that he made when Gibbs came back last season. I still believe.

Thats really awesome... I think this was a game that not a single skins fan will forget. Not to mention I had a bet with some cowboys fans at work and get to drink for free at our christmas party, so that adds to the excitement!
