New Jersey beach city bans ‘mere existence of any kind of alcohol’ on beach, boardwalk

Drinking beer on the beach is a sacred tradition, this is completely unacceptable

I don't know about Wildwood but the Beaches in Monmouth County have always had an alcohol ban.

I stopped going to the beaches in San Diego the day they banned alcohol. The beach is boring and uncomfortable. No point if you can't have some brewskies. At least I was there for the glory days.

Can you drink alcohol at any beach in New Jersey?

Can I Drink on the Beach? - Jersey Shore Open Container Laws
Nearly every New Jersey beach makes it illegal to bring open containers – or any alcohol – to the beach. With the exception of some of the beaches at Sandy Hook, you cannot drink on the beach at the Jersey Shore.

Re: The Common Ground thread

I disagree with SD on wind turbines. They are not animal killers and Renewable energy = homeland security

But can we all agree Feinstein needs to step down?
