With this offseason, my only question for the front office is 1. What have we done today to improve the running game? and 2.Have we got a NT/DT yet?

We not taking that next step without a viable running game folks.
The Skins seem done setting the market and chasing players day one unless they see them as the guy.

I think MLB and NT get done before the draft and RB gets done in the draft.

I’ll gladly take Richardson over Grant for the money, we needed speed. Still shaking my head over what Grant got.

Yes. Richardson will open the offense up similar to Jackson. Grant was serviceable, but a starter he is not.

Agreed.
There are still solutions to fill our needs.
At ILB guys are available, at CB we have guys that can start, only need a cheap signing for the slot. (But don't forget "linebacker" Josh Harvey Clemons is there and can come in on nickel and dime formations.)
Then we either sign a legit LG or a legit DT, and draft (if we can still trade down... which is unlikely) DT, G, RB, the order depending on what you got in FA.

I think Ozzie is losing his touch in Baltimore.

Richardson a physical talent eventually worked his way up to a #2 WR after a couple of disappointing seasons due to injury. Grant without being particularly physically gifted was beloved by coaches, worked hard day in and day out, stayed healthy, but never broke #4 WR despite a weak corps this year.

Grant maximized his production to his talent level IMO. Gruden loved this guy so I very much doubt he wasn't given opportunities when deserved, and likely will not live up to that contract.

Richardson has already out performed Grant despite his slow start, and his physical gifts give him a significantly better potential. If he stays healthy he has starter level talent, Grant does not.

It's a no brainer. You can find a Grant 100x before you find a Richardson. Mo Harris is probably capable to fill his void and he certainly will have competition in camp, I have no worries tat Gruden will find his next man crush.

New name, Ryan Harbaugh.

Maurcice Harris, here is the opportunity I'm sure you've been waiting for.

I am surprised Novarro is not mentioned as he grew up close and was a big fan of Lab at Arrington.

He went from 21 passes deflected in 2016 to 1 in 2017. And apparently wanted to much money. No big loss.

Clearing the way on the Honey Badger.

Was not a fan of his coming out. Now? He is this year's DJAX / Josh Norman.

Can we afford him? I don't know what he is looking for in terms of numbers.
