Re: Round 2 Nfl playoffs.
Steelers look scary good for next season. Dominating OL, those backup WRs and RBs, and the defense has been bad but sure looked good tonight.

Re: Round 2 Nfl playoffs.
Yeah IMO the steelers are the team to beat for the next 2-3 years in the AFC.. NE has to start dropping off eventually

Round 2 Nfl playoffs.
I dont think it is crazy AT ALL to say Manning is not top 3. Not at all. You guys are acting like J Falcon said the guy sucks. Jumping down his throat for saying Brady, Montana, and Elway are better?!?!? Ive heard several experts say that Manning is not the goat. Not sure ive heard many say he is. What is with the love affair on here? Get a grip.

The other 3 have 10 rings between them plus greater legacies. It's pretty simple. They carried their teams when it counted most. Montana never threw an interception in any of the 4 Superbowls he won. Brady won played in 6 Superbowls, won 4 and may well be on his way to his 5th. Elway, hell, he may be thr best of the bunch. If pressed Inmay choose him out of the 4 to be my QB. Those guys are proven winnrrd. Manning, not so much. Honestly not sure I would even rank Manning in the top 5. |

Re: Round 2 Nfl playoffs.
Peyton can't drive the ball anymore. Yes he had drops yesterday, several. But so did the Steelers db's. They should have had a few picks. He seriously needs to retire in the worst way. He looks like an old washed up QB.

Re: Round 2 Nfl playoffs.
Let the Brady vs. Manning lovefest begin. Might have to take a break from NFL Network this week.

Re: Round 2 Nfl playoffs.
Brady with McDaniel's gameplan were surgical on Saturday.
Freaking surgical. Its gonna take a hell of a gameplan to stop their spread passing attack. I'm not sure if they can be stopped any better then the Chiefs did. Short of a shit ton of offense its gonna take ball control, special teams and a turnover to beat them provided a team can hold them under 30. I also tip cap to Reid for keeping the game close despite all their circumstances. They enter the game without their #1 and #2 RBs then during the course of the game they had drops, a key fumble and lost their #1 WR and only have Alex Smith at QB yet they were able to be in the game. |

Re: Round 2 Nfl playoffs.
I think it will look like the AFC Championship from two years ago.
Patriots have no linebackers left. Broncos will run all over them. |

Re: Round 2 Nfl playoffs.
alex smith is actually a good QB. you can win with him. he's not elite or anything, but he's better than the guy that replaced him in SF.

Agree.

Kaep (depending on who is coaching him) is at least on the same tier as Alex, Kaep has been to the SB and was a Crabtree drop away from having a ring. |
