Shedeur Sanders just so I can watch all the rednecks out themselves on these message boards. Ok seriously now… I haven’t seen Daniels play. I’ve watched a few Oregon games. Not sure if nix is the answer. If they like Daniels, he is a good fit at 5-7. The quickest way to success is a franchise QB like CJ stroud. I’ve been saying this for years but we need to keep drafting QBs till we get a game changer. Sam Howell is an oil changer. ![]() |

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
Lets say miraculously we get to pick #2. Do you still pick OT if Harrison is still there? QB?

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
You pick Harrison, Jr. with a smile on your face. He's the best player in this draft, he just doesn't play QB.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
I was just implying that he won't go No. 1 overall because he plays WR instead of QB. I wasn't stating you didn't know what position he played.

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
I would say the team should listen to Jamf … hell he knows way more than anybody on the planet when it comes to QB … trade Sam on draft day for a 7th round pick .. and let’s draft a youngster with our number one pick without any Oline improvement.. let’s keep EB at OC and start the kid on day one and let him throw 40 times a game .. yea yea that’s a solid plan .. damn why didn’t I think
Of that … SMH |

Besides, we’d only be able to get a free oil change for Sam. |

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
I read somewhere based on game’s remaining the highest we will likely drop is to 4th pick and lowest is to 7th. If getting 2nd pick probably trading some of those seconds and thirds to do so

Re: 2024 Early Bird Draft Thread
4-7 is a good window. I think 5th will be our highest (lowest) point in the draft. I'd love to stick at 5. Not too greedy.
