Re: Around the nfl: Pre season week 1

RGIII's armstrength is pretty extraordinary, and while it makes a big difference in every offense I think it's key in our offense especially because passes are made on the move and from different angles.

Probably because we had to endure Jason Campbell's throwing motion for so long that RGIII even looks that much better.

"Jumps off his hand" is right. It is amazing how that ball just flies out with seemingly little effort on his part. You'd think that he has a little mechanical ball launcher hidden in his palm.

Did not Rex look like we down shifter the Offense to a slower speed?
Granted, it was the second string....

I've watched the guy at Stanford during his years there, see where I live? This guy is not your regular draftee QB, I guess only time will tell. You'll see.

He's got all the tools but he needs to do it in regular season games.

Re: Around the nfl: Pre season week 1

With his injury history I wouldn't even let McFadden play preseason.

He will. Even though this was an exhibition game, he looked the same as he did in college and it will translate to the pro game. When it's all said and done (barring career ending injury) he will be one of the best of all time. I hope RGIII plays as well, I'm more familiar with Luck, his most impressive quality is his ability to make a quick decision.
