Sporting News Draft Guide says:

Strengths - Never stops hustling and loves the game. Shows good all around skills. Is quick and agile. Gets back into plays even when blocked initially.

Weakness - Lacks elite physical qualities in any are. needs to work on lower body strength to become a solid run stopper. must improve ability to fight off blocks and and learn to read plays better.

Bottom Line - Jackson, a junior college transfer, was a solid pass rusher in the big 12. He is ideally suited to be a back up DE in a 3-4 scheme but must add 15 -20 lbs for the role.

If he was a projected second rounder, than this is the steal of the draft. I don't know if I believe that though.
