Here are some possible replacements, according to SI.com; although 10 people is hardly narrowing it down.

People need to stop speculating that Cowher is going to take another job. Don't they listen? He's retiring to spend more time with his family, specifically his daughters in North Carolina.

Anyways...

Jason Garrett? :smashfrea

Should be fun for Skins fans to watch the Cowboys next year. He stank as a QB and will be even worse as a coach. What are they thinking?

I think Jason Garrett could be very good. But I don't think he's quite ready yet

I'm not saying he won't be good, but, this guy was a BU basically? He fell from my radar years ago. How in the world have you kept up with an............obscure figure like that?

Being a backup for so long probably works in his favor, actually. He spent his entire career standing on the sidelines right next to the HC or OC. Learning the do's and don'ts with a front row seat.

Ok then, we'll replace Saunders with Todd Collins.

But we also thought the Cowboys' offensive line would be a weakness too...

Re: BREAKING NEWS: Bill Parcells Retires

looks like jones would go with norv turner before garrett, but who knows?if garrett gets the head coaching job,he may bring norv in at the 1 thing he is gret at,being an offensive coordinator!

Parcells' legacy with the Cowboys can be framed this way: Instead of joining Tom Landry, Jimmy Johnson and Barry Switzer as coaches who led them to championships, he leaves lumped with Chan Gailey and Dave Campo.

TO makes me want to rip my hair out... he's such a douchebag.

Does he ever own up to anything he does or says??

Re: BREAKING NEWS: Bill Parcells Retires

He's someone I get totally irrational when talking about him. I'm such a shithead EVERY TIME he goes out for a pass, I'm wishing something horrible on him. I'm wanting someone to break him in half because I don't feel like people like him deserve anything good in life.

Not just yet but I'm sure we'll see TC coaching on some level in the NFL in the near future.
