JoeRedskins you're right it'd be quite easy to sucker him, but I'd hate to see him on Brunell.

I can see it now. Lavar ends J. Cambell's career down the road.

I think he could end up with a west cost team either Niners or Raiders.

Re: Lavar Gone

Nice gesture by Mr. A to help the team's cap. I thought he was all about himself with the Where's the other 6.5, and why are'nt they playing me crap before a big game distractions. Not my idea of a real redskin.

I know it is said when describing most things that are bad, but Mods please remove the phrase of mild cancer. There is nothing mild about cancer, either you have it or you don't. Out of respect for me, would you please remove it?

Thanks Dude.... And Sammy, we agreed on somthing, times are a changing.

And Joe, you said LaVar was a class Redskin. I love LaVar, but class is not somthing I would describe him as, classic is more like it.

I must confess, I put the "mild cancer" thing in the poll. I am sorry for any offense. I hope you are in remission.

Re: Lavar Gone

I differ from you guys. I'm happy as a pig in sh*t that he is gone. He plays like a chicken with his head cut off. When his knee is healthy and he has speed, he can play like a chicken with his head cut off and still make plays. His speed made up for his tendencies to be out of position.

But if you have balky knees, or if you're starting to age, your speed declines. And all of a sudden playing like the chicken with no head starts to become a liability.

This move should have cleared quite a bit of cap room for us. I will do my best to figure out how much. We're much better off without him. Bravo Gibbs.

You act like he is 35 years old. He is 27!!! not even is his prime. He bulked up because of the knee troubles, he played his ass off the last 5 games, had 12 tackles in two playoff games, int. Its going to be a mistake.
