The link in the quote opens the whole aca, but if you scroll down to page 148 you find this:

Quote:
‘‘(2) RELIGIOUS EXEMPTIONS.—
...(B) HEALTH CARE SHARING MINISTRY.— ‘‘(i) IN GENERAL.—Such term shall not include any
individual for any month if such individual is a member
of a health care sharing ministry for the month.
‘‘(ii) HEALTH CARE SHARING MINISTRY.—The term
‘health care sharing ministry’ means an organization—
‘‘(I) which is described in section 501(c)(3) and
is exempt from taxation under section 501(a),
‘‘(II) members of which share a common set of
ethical or religious beliefs and share medical expenses
among members in accordance with those
beliefs and without regard to the State in which
a member resides or is employed,
‘‘(III) members of which retain membership
even after they develop a medical condition,
‘‘(IV) which (or a predecessor of which) has
been in existence at all times since December 31,
1999, and medical expenses of its members have
been shared continuously and without interruption
since at least December 31, 1999, and
‘‘(V) which conducts an annual audit which is
performed by an independent certified public accounting
firm in accordance with generally accepted
accounting principles and which is made available
to the public upon request.
There are other exemptions there, I am assuming that Back2RFK isn't incarcerated or an illegal alien, so I think this exemption is the most likely one.

A question , why haven't "other religious organizations" done the same or gone on to these plains?

Ahh I misunderstood. I always consider exemptions to be conforming to the law.

Yeah. Weird terminology i guess. It conforms to the whole law but not the specific "obama care" requirements.

Chico, feel free to ignore this one, or read it and write a one-line comeback about why Trump is the greatest because half the GOP talked shit about him and then decided to kneel down and kiss the ring like the bitches they are.

This is more for mine and G1's enjoyment:

G1 I hope you enjoy this as much as I do. A comprehensive list of GOPers shit talking Trump only to try and leverage his position for their own personal interests later on.

Let's start with Kellyanne Conway shit-talking Trump as a candidate back in 2015/16:

Ha! Well it’s true, Reddit was a bubble maker original...why is this country divided, Reddit can proudly share in that accomplishment.

Your content of post...bro...politics gonna politic. You want me to do the other side? To say this is like some phenomenon...it’s a dirty business. Don’t act
Like this doesn’t happen with the dems....you know about the birther email put out by the Clinton campaign running against Obama? About talking points? Just an example without even trying...

Its absolutely amazing the excuses and the blaming of others, people are making for those 2 piece of shits. We can never just say they were evil losers and what happened was solely their faults.
