I watched Funny People last night. Well I watched the first 15 minutes and it didn't hold my attention at all. I shut it off
If the first 15 minutes did nothing for you then you made a VERY wise decision. Some friends told me I would love that movie but they were way off. I liked the first half but it goes down hill quickly and then just drags for another hour or so. I think Judd Apatow knows how to make a funny flick but that man needs to hire a better editor or something.

I have not seen Unstoppable yet but I am very interested in seeing it. Some parts of it were shot in a small town close to where I am. A few people form work are in the movie as extras. So it will be pretty neat to see the cranky quality inspector at work dressed up as a cop in the movie...

My wife and I saw 127 Hours over the weekend. Very well done, especially given that virtually everyone who would want to see this movie knows what happens. James Franco puts on a hell of a performance.

Glad to hear this. I really like Danny Boyle's movies and I've been looking forward to this one.

Actually going to see Unstoppable tonight. Heard it's very good. It's a Tony Scott film, so it should be.

Nope this weekend we are going to float a couple of witches instead. It's more entertaining.

Unstoppable is a good flick. An all around decent action flick. Not great, but very good.

I'm looking forward to 127 hrs too.

I can't believe someone else has seen gummo. I just watched that writer/director's latest movie called [no, I'm not making this up] "Trash Humpers." Yeah, it's as bad as it sounds.

I watched this Aussie flick called "Animal Kingdom" over the weekend. One of my top two films of the year.

Re: Merged: The Movies Thread

We bought Toy Story 3 for my son and he watch some of it. So on Saturday night Iwas bored and said what the hell I will watch. Probably one of the best films I have seen this year I was laughing and crying.

Do yourself a favor and watch it good flick, best one out of the 3 and for the record two is awful!

I think it is a girl and according IMDb it is as well.

Revealing mistakes: As Scott and his dad celebrate in the bleachers at the very end of the movie, a red-shirted fan above them to the left notices her pants are unbuttoned and fly is undone. The fan awkwardly attempts to fix things for several seconds.

Teen Wolf (1985) - Goofs

Yeah this proves it!
